Millenica LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), the developer of SpamJam, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information SpamJam collects, how it is used, and your rights.

1. No Message Data Leaves Your Device

SpamJam filters SMS messages entirely on your device using a local machine learning model. The content of your text messages is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. We have no ability to read your messages.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information:

• Subscription data: Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only anonymized transaction confirmations via StoreKit — never your payment details.
• Misclassification reports (optional): If you choose to submit a report through the "Report a Message" feature, you share a message snippet and classification label. This data is used solely to improve the spam filter model. Submission is always voluntary.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the SpamJam service
• To process and verify your subscription
• To improve the accuracy of our spam detection model (using only voluntarily submitted reports)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Subscription transactions are handled by Apple under their Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Voluntarily submitted misclassification reports are retained for up to 12 months for model training purposes, then deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

SpamJam is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
